# Clients

Acteurs majeurs de votre entreprise, les clients occupent une place primordiale dans votre développement économique.

Bien connaître vos clients, et bien les répertorier, c'est vous permettre de mieux les fidéliser, et d'être plus rapide et efficace sous ProGBat.

👉 Analyser et suivre les relations avec vos clients, grâce à la [fiche client](/le-menu-principal/contacts/clients/la-fiche-client.md), et ses nombreux outils d'analyse et de suivi.

👉 Affecter un client à un devis et une facture,

👉 [Créer un chantier](/le-menu-principal/chantiers-personnel/chantiers/creer-un-chantier.md) pour suivre, par marché, les différents travaux effectués pour un même client. Depuis la fiche chantier, évaluez la rentabilité de vos travaux.

## Client ou Prospect

La notion de prospect est essentiellement commerciale, vous permettant de bien séparer les contacts pour lesquels des travaux ont été signés ou facturés, et les autres, pour par exemple leur proposer une offre commerciale.

La fiche client et la fiche prospect sont rigoureusement identiques, à l'exception du type "Client" ou "Prospect".\

Vous avez le choix de gérer ou non un fichier de prospects, simplement en définissant le type, sachant qu'un prospect devient automatiquement client : 

* Si un devis est accepté,
* Si une facture est établie.
