# Personnel

ProGBat vous permet d'enregistrer les informations de vos salariés, ou de vos personnels intérimaires, dans le respect de la Réglementation Européenne sur la Protection des Données personnelles (RGPD), de [notre politique de confidentialité](https://app.progbat.com/privacy-policy), et de la vôtre.

Au delà de la saisie des données, et de l'archivage de documents liés à chacun de vos personnels, la gestion d'un fichier du personnel permettra : 

* D'affecter du personnel aux plannings chantier,
* De saisir leurs heures en fin de journée sur leur smartphone, visualiser leur planning, géolocaliser le chantier sur Google Maps...,
* De gérer de bout en bout les bons d'intervention, jusqu'à la signature au doigt par le client une fois l'intervention terminée.

Autant de temps gagné pour la facturation des interventions, la gestion de la paye, et le suivi de rentabilité de vos chantiers.
