# La signature électronique

Il s'agit d'une véritable signature électronique, valable devant les tribunaux en cas de litige, à ne pas confondre avec une signature "au doigt" sur une tablette ou un smartphone, qui n'a en soi aucune valeur juridique, bien que permettant tout de même de "sceller un accord" avec votre client pour de petites interventions comme un dépannage par exemple, ou un bon d'intervention.

En établissant un devis de dépannage sur place avec votre smartphone, et en le faisant signer "au doigt", vous gagnez un temps précieux tout en étant en conformité avec la loi qui impose l'établissement d'un devis avant tous travaux.

Pour tous vos autres devis, il est important de recourir soit à la signature traditionnelle à la main sur un document papier, soit à la véritable signature électronique.
